PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due at the time of booking for all readings, intuitive counseling sessions, add-ons, digital products, and Maeva’s Cottage orders.

Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is received.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash App

  • Venmo

  • Invoice (when applicable)

All services are non-refundable, including appointments scheduled for a future date.

If payment is not completed at booking, your appointment request may be declined or released to another client.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY

General Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Payment will be applied toward your rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 100% charge of the service fee. Payment is forfeited.

This includes situations where:

  • You are unreachable or unresponsive

  • You are unavailable during the scheduled time

  • You arrive late and the session cannot be completed

  • You mistakenly booked the wrong service

Late Arrivals

Your session will end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time is not guaranteed.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment or respond to the reader at the scheduled time will be treated as a no-show:

  • No refunds

  • Payment forfeited

  • Future bookings may be denied

Courtesy Reminders

Appointment reminders may be sent by email or Messenger when available.
These are a courtesy, not a guarantee. You are responsible for remembering your appointment.

FORCE MAJEURE

A Force Majeure event is any circumstance beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: illness, emergency, natural disaster, severe weather, system outages, war, civil unrest, pandemic, or government restrictions.

In the event of Force Majeure:

  • The affected party must notify the other as soon as possible

  • Both parties may reschedule without penalty

  • The affected party must make efforts to resume performance promptly

REFUND POLICY

Services

All services are non-refundable due to the time, energy, and preparation required.

Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
If you experience technical issues downloading a product, email maevascottage@gmail.com within 3 days for assistance.

Memberships

Monthly memberships renew automatically.
To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the renewal date.

Maeva’s Cottage Physical Products

All sales are final.

If your product arrives damaged:

By booking a service or using the Site, you agree:

  1. You have read and understood all policies, disclaimers, and terms.

  2. You understand that all readings are for guidance and entertainment purposes only.

  3. You agree not to hold Maeva’s Cottage, Maeva Moonstar, or any associated parties liable for outcomes, interpretations, or personal decisions.

  4. You understand that services do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological treatment or advice.

  5. You are responsible for consulting appropriate licensed professionals when needed.

  6. You are at least 18 years old.

Life, Death, Health, and Legal Matters

Readers do not diagnose, predict death, give medical advice, or offer legal counsel.
All guidance must be interpreted using your own discretion.

EVENTS, PSYCHIC PARTIES, AND HEALING SESSIONS

A consultation is required before booking.

Maeva Moonstar reserves the right to cancel or end any event or session—without refund—if:

  • harassment occurs

  • boundaries are violated

  • unsafe behavior is present

  • the environment becomes hostile

One warning may be given. Failure to correct the issue results in immediate termination of services.
