Our organic dream tea is an infusion blend is based on an ancient formula. Especially blended for the dreamer, it is believed to stimulate vivid and easily recalled dreams. The light, minty flavor is enjoyable after a rich or large dinner, or a perfect night-cap after a long day. A sharp and refreshing aroma with an invigorating floral and minty flavor. Great iced.
Ingredients
Organic peppermint leaf, organic chamomile flowers, organic skullcap, organic mugwort, organic damiana leaf, organic rosemary leaf, and organic rose petals.
Brew Instructions
Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
Precautions
Not for use in pregnancy except under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner. Persons with allergies to members of the Asteraceae family should exercise caution with chamomile.
