You can stuff a poppet with Eucalyptus leaves for healing and to maintain good health. Hang a small branch or twig over the bed of someone who is sick. Carry leaves of Eucalyptus with you for protection. Hang a bunch in your shower, the heat and steam help to release the oils for a fragrant and more spa-like experience. Use the leaves or oils in your bath to help soothe congestion and relax sore muscles.
