Place this bag into a warm/hot bath. the salts within will dissolve and the herbs will steep, releasing their fragrances and therapeutic properties into your relaxing bath.
You can also pour the contents into your tub or foot soak container however, be sure to strain properly before draining. Loose herbs may clog your drain.
