  • Place any amount of herbs into a pot of water; bring to a boil

  • Optional: place loose herbs into the water OR place herbs into the bag that’s included

  • Let boil for a few minutes before turning stove off

  • Take the pot off the stove and place it on a heat-safe trivet or potholder

  • Place your face over the pot and allow the herbal steam to cleanse your pores

  • Optional: Place a towel over your head and pot to keep the steam strong
